Guangzhou - Attorney - Start date: ASAP
Following the opening of our new office in Guangzhou, China we now require an additional attorney of 6 or more years experience to compliment our China based team, with an emphasis on Commercial Contracts and Outsourcing Agreements. You will be US qualified and fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin language skills are desirable but not essential. Much of your time will be spent in Guangzhou but you should expect monthly trips to the US on client visits. Salary will be dependent on skills and experience but will be highly competitive to attract the right candidate. This will be a highly demanding position and if you are currently in US practice you can expect a large salary increase.

US Qualified Attorneys - Start date: ASAP
Following our recent restructuring which has led to a dramatic increase in work flows between our US clients and our office in Bangalore we are looking for US Qualified Attorneys to work autonomously. You will be employed as a contractor using our award winning virtual office system and we are therefore flexible on your location. You must be able to offer a minimum commitment of six months and you must be able to communicate at a business level in both English and Spanish. Salary will be dependent on skills and experience but will be highly competitive to attract the right candidates. This position is not open to UK solicitors.
New UK Office - Solicitors - Start date: May 2010
Following the closure of our London office in 2009 we plan to open a new UK office in 2010. We are looking for two UK qualified solicitors with a minimum of 8 years PQE to work closely (and manage workflows) with our Guangzhou office. You must have proven managerial and business development experience combined with the ability to work autonomously. Experience of work for US law firms is desirable but not essential. You will currently be based in the north east of England or be willing to relocate. We offer a highly competitive salary and there is the potential for profit share for the right candidate. Please do not apply if you do not have the relevant experience. UK - Client Relationship Manager - Start date: May 2010
Following strong growth over the last few years and internal promotion, we are looking to recruit a Client Relationship Manager, to manage a portfolio of clients. This will include maintaining and developing relationships, supporting clients, regular travel to our overseas offices and the US, with occasional European travel. The role will be based in our new UK office (opening in 2010) with an emphasis on UK and European clients. You will have proven knowledge of the international legal market (although you do not need to be a solicitor) and solid client relationship and development experience. Sales experience would be a bonus as would German language ability. You will have the ability to analyse and interpret figures, balance priorities of workload and work on your own initiative. This position is offered on a permanent full time basis with a competitive salary plus benefits, the final decision on salary will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
